The program is open to individuals, teams, or organizations at any stage of development and welcomes newcomers, past grantees, and established projects. All funded work must be open source and non-commercial, with grant payments structured around milestones and completion reports required. Applicants undergo evaluation and onboarding, including KYC and legal agreement processes.
